Gulshan Devaiah teases Vijay Varma about Tamannaah Bhatia

At the unveiling of the Dahaad trailer, Gulshan Devaiah teases Vijay Varma once more about Tamannaah Bhatia.

In the midst of Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma dating allegations, Gulshan Devaiah has once more taunted Vijay. It so happened that Gulshan gave a not-so-subtle hint about Tamannah during the recent trailer release for Prime Video’s Dahaad, which caused Vijay to blush.

The rumours originally circulated online after onlookers caught Vijay and Tamannah sharing a kiss at a Goa New Year’s celebration. The actors were recently seen together after dining out in the city. Now, when asked about the reason why he isn’t smiling more, the actor said in the clip posted by a paparazzo account on Instagram: “I will really refuse to ask anybody to smile for me you know.” The actor was present at the launch of the Prime Video series Dahaad’s trailer. Gulshan chuckled at this point and said, “Humari bari tamannaah thi ki aap hase.. (it was my wish that you smile a little).” Vijay blushed in reaction to Gulshan’s reply, and Sonakshi Sinha, who was standing next to him, began to giggle. “He did not!” she said.
Gulshan has already made fun of Vijay for a supposed relationship with Tamannah. Here’s a sneak peek inside Dahaad!, Vijay had posted on Instagram alongside the teaser video for the film. On Prime Video, Dahaad. Trailer to debut on May 3.

While many viewers discussed the show in the comments, Gulshan Devaiah went there and left a humorous comment for Vijay. Meri Tammannah toh tu tha, he wrote. The tune is Achcha Dhokha Diya. Mercifully, meri izzat nai luti. Hey Ram, you were my only hope, yet you deceived me. Thank God, I still have my reputation.

Sonakshi Sinha plays a cop in the film Dahaad who decides to investigate a horrific crime. Along with Vijay, Gulshan Devaiah and Sohum Shah are featured. The eight-episode program’s synopsis stated: “Sub-inspector Anjali Bhaati is tasked with leading the investigation when a number of women are discovered dead in public restrooms under suspicious circumstances. As the case develops, she starts to wonder if the apparent suicides were the work of a serial killer who is still at large, setting off an exciting game of cat and mouse between an experienced criminal and an underdog cop.
On May 12, Dahaad will be available on Prime Video. Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi are the directors. In addition, Vijay is planning the release of Sujoy Ghosh’s film version of the Japanese novel The Devotion of Suspect X, starring Kareena Kapoor. He last appeared in Darlings on Netflix.
