Prabhas Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan bring back The Ramayana story

Tuesday afternoon saw the release of the Adipurush trailer. Based on the classic Ramayana story, the Om Raut-directed film Adipurush stars Prabhas as Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Shesh, and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman. Saif Ali Khan also appears in the movie as Lankesh, the bad guy. Raghav’s (Prabhas’) character is introduced in the trailer’s opening voiceover. The three-minute teaser perfectly captures the spirit of the Ramayana. There are snippets of some of the most important Ramayana events in the teaser, including the Sitaharan scene (with Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh and Kriti Sanon as Janaki), Hanuman carrying Sanjeevani Buti, and the construction of the Ram Setu scene. Saif Ali Khan can be seen laughing sinisterly in the trailer’s final moments. In the movie, Raghav and Lankesh’s titanic struggle will take place.
The film’s leading man Prabhas posted the trailer to social media with the remark, “Hari Anant, Hari Katha Ananta. Release of the Adipurush trailer! On June 16, Adipurush will debut in theatres globally.
On June 16 of this year, the magnum opus is scheduled to be released in IMAX and 3D venues. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles produced the Om Raut-directed movie.
Adipurush will be shown in theatres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The movie’s initial release date was set for August 11 of the previous year. The actor praised the Adipurush producers for moving the film’s release date so it wouldn’t conflict with Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha.
