Days after having a heart attack Sushmita Sen says a physician has given her the all clear to begin exercising

Actress Sushmita Sen posted on Instagram to let her followers know that her cardiologist had cleared her to start light body movement at home. In her own words, she claimed that days after suffering a heart attack, she has been “approved” to begin stretching. She underwent an angioplasty and the implantation of a stent last week after being admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital.

Sushmita shared a picture of herself stretching on a cricket wheel on her balcony in honour of Holi.
