Dream Girl 2 teaser from Ayushmann Khurrana Pooja pick up the phone Ranbir Kapoor is calling
On the occasion of Holi 2023, actor Ayushmann Khurrana released a fresh trailer for his upcoming comedy Dream Girl 2.
Ayushmann posted the teaser on Instagram with the remark, “Yeh lo, @pooja dreamgirl is aa gayi apna ring dikhane for Holi! Dream Girl 2 will be released in theatres on July 7, 2023.”
In the video, Ayushmann can be seen speaking in a woman’s voice while dressing as a woman. But, only a portion of his face is seen as Pooja. He may be heard talking to actor Ranbir Kapoor in the footage.
Main Pooja bol rahi hu, hello. Are You? the Dream Girl actor.
Answering to him, a person on the other side of the line remarked, “Tumne Meri Awaaz Nahi Pehchaani?,” followed by the background music of the song Bachna Ae Haseeno which featured Ranbir.
Shaadi ka waada mujhse aur shaadi aailaa, kisi aur se, pechaan liya…ek number ke jhoote ho tum.
He was answered by the caller, who joked, “Sab rumour hai,” and then a female voice asks, “Kaun hai RK?” enters the background. Kissing is allowed in this house?” Koi nahi wo Bhatinde waali bua hai, the caller retorted. Ayushmann said, “What is Jhoote…Makkaar Mil kab rahe ho? Apna ring dikhaane main 7 July ko aa rahi hun. The humorous promo has netizens giddy with anticipation. The sequel to the hugely popular movie Dream Girl, which was released in 2019, is Balaji Telefilms Dream Girl 2. At the box office, the first installment was a huge success.
The movie also features Ananya Panday, Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Manjot Singh, and Vijay Raaz in addition to Ayushmann.
The movie is scheduled to premiere on July 7.
